FUNDRAISING
If you require financial assistance, the International Scholar Laureate Program has prepared a special Fundraising Guide to help you raise the necessary funds within your community.
SCHOLARSHIP FUND
To offset the cost of tuition, ISLP has established a scholarship fund to assist scholars who wish to participate in the program. Because scholarship funds are limited and demand is extremely high, several factors are considered in the allotment of awards, including financial need, academic merit and student involvement in extracurricular and volunteer activities.
Scholarship applications for the 2009 ISLP will be available once nominees have been formally invited. Please check this page for updated information once you receive an invitation and enrollment application in the mail.
In the event that you are preliminarily granted an award, your notification letter will ask you to finalize the award through submitting a copy of the 2007 1040 Federal Income Tax Return of the individual who claimed you as a dependent. You may submit your own tax return only if no one claimed you as a dependent in 2007. Please have this form ready for mail in the event that you are tentatively offered a scholarship. The federal tax form serves as proof of financial need as indicated upon your Scholarship Application. The International Scholar Laureate Program (ISLP) and Golden Key cannot grant any scholarship money without receiving sufficient proof of income.
If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Admissions.
