Scholars nominated by their professors, alumni of the National Youth Leadership Forum, alumni of the Congressional Youth Leadership Council , members of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Golden Key International Honour Society, and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society automatically receive invitations to participate. Academically superior university students with a strong interest in each career field are invited to request application materials.
All international scholars must be at least 18 years old, currently enrolled in a college or university, enrolled in a graduate program, or be recent graduates from the class of 2008.
