Who could travel to Australia without experiencing one of the true wonders of the world, the awe-inspiring Great Barrier Reef? During this amazing adventure, you will travel north to Australia's tropics and sail to the Great Barrier Reef for a day of snorkeling, swimming and fun, as well as explore the untamed and lush landscape of Northern Queensland. After an evening of leisure and exploration of Cairns, you will take part in a spectacular land voyage to the Kuranda Rain Forest and soar by sky rail through the Barron Gorge National Park.
You will then delve deeper into Australias past with a site exploration of the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park and learn some of the customs and traditions of this 50,000-year-old society. You will top off your experience by participating in a traditional aboriginal music and dance performance.

You will experience the culture of Hong Kong through a Cantonese lunch aboard the famous Jumbo Boat, explore the Hong Kong Islands and Repulse Bay - the luxurious residential area with beaches, cafés and aquatic activities - and experience one of Hong Kong's most popular attractions, the Aberdeen Fishing Village, featuring hundreds of brightly decorated fishing trawlers and sampans that double as floating homes for the residents of this city-on-the-water.
You will also visit towering Victoria Peak, which offers a spectacular 1,800-foot-high overview of Hong Kong harbor and the surrounding islands, enjoy an evening cultural performance and experience a Bauhinia dinner cruise before your return home.

Europe: Munich, Germany and Innsbruck, Salzburg and Vienna, Austria!

You will begin your adventure with a guided exploration of Munich's Old Town: the Alstadt District, site of the original medieval city, then have time to explore on your own before being treated to a traditional German welcome dinner with Bavarian music at Olympic Park, site of the 1972 Olympics.
Your alpine adventure begins the next day in Innsbruck, Austria with a summer bobsled ride at speeds of up to 60 MPH down the full track used in the 1972 winter games. You will also enjoy a spectacular visit to the Bergisel Ski Jump arena, the historic site of the 1809 battle for Independence between Tyrolean peasants and French and Bavarian forces that later became the venue for Olympic Ski Jumping competitions. You will enjoy lunch and amazing views of the Alps from the panorama restaurant and ride an alpine cable car that will whisk you to the top of the mountains for an adventurous day of hiking. That evening, enjoy dinner with your fellow scholars at your choice of any one of the many great restaurants in Munich.
The following day, your adventure in Europe continues in Salzburg, home of music master Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, with ample time to explore on your own and ride the funicular to the Hohensalzburg Fortress before transferring to Vienna, Austria for a farewell dinner at the Volksgarten Clubdiscothek.
